Too easily abused by praying for stuff that was going to happen anyway. "I pray it doesn't flood in southern Algeria today either".
I propose "number of amputees re-limbed". There's a good, clear measure of one's ability to influence the big guy.
That would definitely be a good KPI. The only problem is that god hates amputees.
